To rent a villa on Ibiza the villa needs to have an approval by the tourisme board off Ibiza. On the iland a lott off villa’s are rented out without this approval, the risk are as well for the owner of the house as the person who is renting the house.
The villa ‘Mariposa de Noche’ is fully approved by ‘Consell insular de tursismo Eivissa’, the tourisme board of Ibiza. You can ask for these document under number ET-E-0086.
