DESCRIPTION
The quiet villa with a terrain of 1000m2 lies in a terrace between the trees of which one grows through the roof, the villa has a splendid view.

• The second bedroom with a double bed overlooks the patio / pool by a window and with an extra window it looks to the side were the sun comes up.
• The third bedroom with two separate beds has an en suite smaller bathroom with shower and toilet is also just renovated. It has a ceiling fan with a window and also the bathroom has an extra window for a cool breeze.

LIVING
The Living has a light stone floor and a cozy fireplace. TV DVD Music and (satellite) is available in the corner with some films. The furniture consists of: a glass table and a light rug with a two person sofa(bed) and two seats. A wooden dining table has two chairs in Spanish style and is surrounded with a new Ibicenco sofa with a cabinet for storage of toys and games. The big glass windows with entrance to the terrace offers you a superb view on the bay of San Antonio.
KITCHEN
The Kitchen has been totally renewed in 2008 with all comforts such as a gas stove, dish washer, micro wave and oven, fridge with freezer etc. Also a water boiler and toaster are present. All cooking equipment, plates, cutlery, glasses are available. Also a CD player with i-pod station is next to the bar in the kitchen for music while cooking and in the living.
